Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Sisne, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Sisne. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Sisne for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

Sisne provides wardrobe organization, outfit creation and planning, AI-generated clothing descriptions, outfit ratings, and style recommendations. Features may vary by device, operating system, region, language, subscription level, and service availability.

3. License to Use Sisne

Subject to these Terms, Sisne grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, as permitted by the applicable app marketplace rules. Sisne is licensed, not sold. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.

4. Acceptable Use

You must comply with applicable law and third-party terms. You must not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, bypass, or attempt to obtain source code, except where law expressly permits;
• interfere with security, usage limits, access controls, networks, or operation of Sisne;
• use bots, scraping, automated requests, or excessive traffic without written permission;
• submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, intimate, or harmful content;
• submit another person’s image without the rights and informed permission required by law;
• use Sisne to identify, profile, harass, discriminate against, or make consequential decisions about another person;
• use the service to develop or train a competing model, service, or dataset, or to reproduce protected elements of Sisne; or
• misrepresent AI output as professional advice, verified fact, or a human judgment.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos, text, wardrobe details, and other content you submit. You grant Sisne a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, reproduce, format, and process that content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and support the features you request. This license ends when the relevant processing is complete or content is deleted, subject to temporary technical copies, legal retention, and third-party processing described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions and that your content and its processing will not violate law or another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.

6. AI Results and Fashion Guidance

AI ratings, descriptions, scores, verdicts, and recommendations are generated automatically for informational and entertainment purposes. Fashion is subjective. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, culturally inappropriate, or unsuitable for a particular body, event, workplace, religion, climate, safety requirement, or personal circumstance. Sisne does not guarantee any score, recommendation, outcome, or improvement.

AI output is not medical, health, legal, employment, safety, financial, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to follow a result and for checking dress codes, cultural expectations, weather, fit, comfort, and safety.

7. Photos and Other People

Do not submit sensitive documents, intimate images, private background information, images of children, or images of another person without informed permission. You are responsible for reviewing an image before submission and for any content you download or share.

8. Third-Party Services

Sisne relies on third-party services for online processing, AI features, analytics, diagnostics, subscriptions, hosting, and app distribution. Their services may be unavailable, changed, or governed by separate terms. Sisne is not responsible for third-party websites, sharing destinations, marketplace accounts, or content outside its control. Your use of them is subject to their terms and applicable law.

9. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

Some features require a paid Sisne Pro subscription. The price, billing period, trial (if any), included features, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Unless the offer states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The Apple App Store or Google Play charges your marketplace payment method at confirmation and each renewal.

Manage or cancel through the marketplace where you subscribed. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not provide a refund for the current billing period, and access usually continues until that period ends. Deleting Sisne does not cancel a subscription. Refunds, cooling-off rights, price changes, taxes, and billing disputes are governed by the applicable marketplace rules and mandatory local law. Sisne does not promise a refund where the marketplace controls the transaction.

10. Free Features, Trials, and Promotions

Free usage limits, trials, discounts, and promotions may have additional eligibility and duration rules, may be modified or withdrawn where permitted, and may not be combined. Attempting to evade limits or repeatedly obtain introductory benefits is prohibited.

11. Sharing and Downloads

When you save or share a result, you direct Sisne to provide it to your device or selected destination. Once content leaves Sisne, the recipient’s rules apply. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share the image and for any captions, claims, or uses associated with it.

12. Sisne Intellectual Property

Sisne and its licensors own the app, website, design, branding, software, interfaces, compilations, and other protected materials, excluding your content. These Terms do not grant permission to use Sisne names, logos, or branding. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

13. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, you grant Sisne a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided this does not transfer ownership of your photos or other user content.

14. Availability and Changes

Sisne may add, remove, limit, suspend, or change features, usage limits, compatibility, or availability. Updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability, or that local data will survive device failure, operating-system changes, backups, clearing, or uninstallation. Back up or export content you wish to preserve.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Sisne at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for a material or repeated breach, fraud, abuse, security, legal compliance, service discontinuation, or protection of users and third parties. Terms that by nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—remain effective.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sisne is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI output or third-party services will be accurate, safe, available, or meet your expectations. Nothing here excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sisne will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss; loss of data, profits, goodwill, opportunity, or business; decisions based on AI output; or third-party conduct. Where liability may lawfully be limited, Sisne’s total liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Sisne during the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited, including where applicable fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or mandatory consumer remedies.

18. Your Responsibility for Breach

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses, claims, and costs caused by your unlawful content, misuse of Sisne, or material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to compensate Sisne for losses caused by Sisne or waive non-waivable consumer rights.

19. Marketplace Terms

If you obtained Sisne from Apple, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable usage rules govern the app license, and these Terms govern the Sisne service to the extent consistent with them. Apple is not responsible for the Sisne service. If you obtained Sisne from Google Play, Google Play’s applicable terms also apply. Apple and Google are third-party marketplace providers, not parties responsible for Sisne’s AI results or user content.

20. Governing Law, Consumer Rights, and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory protections available where you ordinarily reside. Before filing a claim, please contact Sisne and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. Nothing requires arbitration or prevents you from using a court, regulator, consumer-protection body, or dispute process available under mandatory law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply where its exclusion is permitted.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for changes to Sisne, law, security, or business practices. We will post the revised Terms and effective date and provide additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. If you do not agree, stop using Sisne and cancel any subscription before its next renewal.
