Sisne: AI Outfit Planner
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Sisne processes, why it is processed, when it leaves your device, who may receive it, and the choices and rights available to you.
1. Who We Are and Scope of This Policy
Sisne: AI Outfit Planner ("Sisne," "we," "us," or "our") is responsible for the processing described in this policy.
This policy applies to the Sisne mobile applications and this Sisne website. It does not govern third-party applications, websites, app marketplaces, or sharing destinations that have their own privacy practices.
2. Important Summary
- Your saved wardrobe images, saved looks, ratings, clothing descriptions, and outfit plans are stored primarily in private storage on your device.
- When you request an AI feature, the image, text, or clothing descriptions needed to answer the request are transmitted to online service providers for processing.
- Sisne uses a randomly generated technical identifier to manage access to online features and count scans. It is not connected to a name, email address, password, or user profile.
- Sisne uses product analytics, crash diagnostics, session replay, and subscription management services. These services receive the data described below.
- We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
- Sisne is intended only for people aged 18 or older.
3. Information We Process
| Category | Examples | How it is obtained |
|---|---|---|
| Photos and visual content | Outfit photographs, clothing photographs, processed wardrobe images, and result images. Photos may incidentally show a face, another person, or objects in the background. | Camera, system photo picker or library selection, and content you choose to create or share. |
| Style inputs and AI results | Occasion, desired vibe, fashion strictness, language preference, style requests, wardrobe-item descriptions, scores, feedback, verdicts, and recommendations. | Provided by you or generated when you request an AI feature. |
| Wardrobe and planning data | Clothing descriptions, wardrobe items, saved looks, assembled outfits, local file paths, schedules, and outfit plans. | Created by you or generated through app features and generally stored on your device. |
| Technical service data | Random technical identifier and scan-usage count. | Created automatically so Sisne can operate online features and usage limits without requiring registration. |
| Usage and analytics data | Screen navigation, feature interactions, interactions with instrumented elements, rating events, selected occasion and vibe, scores, verdicts, subscription status, and error messages. | Collected automatically when you use the app. |
| Diagnostics and device data | Crash reports, diagnostic logs, app version, operating system and device information, network information such as IP address, feedback, and sampled session-replay information. | Collected automatically when errors occur or when a session is selected for diagnostics or replay. |
| Purchase and subscription data | Random technical identifier, purchased product, entitlement and subscription status, renewal information, and marketplace transaction identifiers. | Received from the app marketplace and our subscription-management provider. We do not receive complete payment-card numbers. |
| Website technical data | IP address, browser or device type, requested page, timestamps, and security logs that may be generated by the website host. A language preference may be saved locally in your browser. | Generated when your browser requests this website. |
The technical identifier is used to operate the service and is not designed to identify you directly. Sisne does not use it to create a personal profile.
4. Information Stored on Your Device
Persistent copies of wardrobe images and saved-look images, local file paths, outfit ratings, clothing descriptions, saved looks, assembled outfits, and outfit plans are stored in the app's private files and local database on your device. Sisne does not intentionally upload these items to its own permanent cloud database or cloud-storage bucket unless this policy is updated to describe a new feature.
Deleting an individual wardrobe item or saved look through the app removes the associated local record and local image file. Uninstalling Sisne or clearing its storage generally removes locally stored app data, but copies may remain in device backups, downloaded media, or a service to which you shared content. Backup and restoration behavior is controlled by your device and operating-system settings.
5. AI Features and Image Processing
Outfit ratings
When you request an outfit rating, Sisne converts the selected image into a format suitable for transmission and sends it, together with the selected occasion, desired vibe, fashion strictness, and language preference, through our online infrastructure to a third-party AI-processing provider. The provider processes these inputs to produce ratings and feedback about fit, colors, occasion suitability, overall vibe, and possible improvements.
Wardrobe-item descriptions
Background removal is performed on your device. The processed clothing image is then transmitted through our online infrastructure to an AI-processing provider so a clothing description can be generated. The resulting description is stored on your device.
Outfit recommendations
When you request an outfit recommendation, information relevant to your request, such as your style preferences, written request, and wardrobe details, is sent to an AI service to generate recommendations.
Content submitted for AI features is processed online. Relevant photos, requests, preferences, or wardrobe details are sent to service providers to generate the requested result. Providers may temporarily retain information for service operation, security, or legal compliance. Do not submit sensitive, intimate, or unlawful content, images of children, or anything you do not want processed by an external service.
Sisne does not use submitted photographs to identify you through facial recognition and does not intentionally create biometric identity profiles. AI outputs are automated, subjective, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not used to make legal, employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, or similarly significant decisions about you.
6. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Session Replay
We use service providers to understand feature use, maintain reliability, diagnose crashes, receive feedback, and improve Sisne. Product analytics may include screen navigation, feature interactions, interactions with instrumented elements, rating events, selected occasion and vibe, scores, verdicts, subscription status, and error messages.
Diagnostic services may receive crash reports, logs, device and application information, IP addresses, user feedback, and sampled session replays. A session replay is a reconstruction of selected app interactions used to investigate usability problems and errors. Depending on the screen and masking configuration, replay or diagnostic data may include visible interface content or interaction details. You should avoid entering or displaying information in Sisne that is not necessary for its styling and wardrobe functions.
7. App Permissions and Device Features
- Camera: used when you choose to photograph an outfit or clothing item.
- Photos or media: used when you choose an existing image or save a generated result. Depending on your device and operating-system version, Sisne may use a system photo picker, limited access, or a media permission.
- Sharing: when you share a result, it is passed to your device's sharing interface and then handled by the destination you select.
You can manage permissions in your device settings. Refusing a permission may prevent the related feature from working but does not remove information previously shared with another service.
8. How and Why We Use Information
We process the information described above to:
- provide the features you request, including AI analysis and recommendations;
- enable online features and enforce scan limits without requiring registration;
- save, display, and manage local wardrobe and planning content;
- process subscriptions, restore purchases, and provide paid entitlements;
- operate, secure, debug, analyze, and improve Sisne;
- detect misuse, fraud, and threats to the service; and
- comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on your consent, the need to provide the service or take steps at your request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Sisne where those interests are not overridden by your rights, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing and may make an optional feature unavailable.
9. When Information Is Disclosed
We disclose information only as described below:
- Cloud infrastructure providers receive the random technical identifier, usage-limit, request, network, and operational data needed to run online features.
- AI-processing providers receive images, style inputs, requests, or clothing descriptions needed to generate the output you request.
- Analytics and diagnostic providers receive usage, interaction, device, network, crash, feedback, and sampled session-replay data.
- Subscription-management providers receive a random technical identifier and purchase, subscription, and entitlement information.
- App marketplaces and payment processors process purchases under their own terms and provide limited transaction and subscription information to us.
- Website-hosting and security providers may process website request logs, IP addresses, and security information.
- Authorities or other parties may receive information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards and notice.
- Recipients chosen by you receive content when you download, export, or share it.
These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms, depending on the service. We require service providers acting on our behalf to use information for authorized purposes and to apply appropriate safeguards.
10. No Sale or Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use advertising SDKs to serve targeted ads. If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required notice and choices before the new use begins.
11. Purchases and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed with assistance from a subscription service provider. The applicable marketplace, not Sisne, processes your payment method. We receive limited purchase and entitlement information needed to activate features, verify subscription status, and restore purchases. Subscription cancellation is handled through the marketplace where you subscribed. Deleting Sisne or requesting deletion of Sisne data does not automatically cancel a marketplace subscription.
12. Data Retention
- On-device content remains until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall Sisne, subject to device backups and copies you exported or shared.
- Technical identifier and scan count are retained while needed to provide online features, manage usage limits, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. They are deleted or deidentified when no longer reasonably necessary for those purposes.
- AI request data are not intentionally stored by Sisne in its permanent database or storage bucket. Infrastructure and AI providers may temporarily retain request content or related logs for service delivery, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance under their configurations and terms.
- Analytics and diagnostic data are retained according to configured provider retention periods and only for as long as reasonably needed for product analysis, troubleshooting, security, and legal purposes.
- Subscription records are retained while needed to provide entitlements, handle disputes and purchase restoration, prevent fraud, and satisfy tax, accounting, marketplace, or other legal requirements.
- Privacy-request records may be retained as necessary to document our response and comply with legal obligations.
Retention may be extended when reasonably necessary for a legal hold, dispute, security investigation, or legal requirement. Where deletion is not technically immediate, information may remain in restricted backups until those backups are overwritten under normal retention cycles.
13. Deleting Your Data
You can delete individual wardrobe items and saved looks within Sisne. This removes the associated local record and local image file. You can also remove local app data through your device settings or by uninstalling Sisne, subject to device backups.
Sisne does not store your wardrobe, saved looks, outfit photos, or outfit plans on its servers. Removing the app does not necessarily remove technical service records, analytics, diagnostics, or marketplace subscription records. These records are retained and deleted or deidentified as described in Section 12.
Uninstalling Sisne or deleting its local data does not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel it separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to be informed; request access to or a copy of personal information; correct inaccurate information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; request deletion or blocking; obtain portable data; and complain to a data-protection authority. You may also have a right not to be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.
You may also have the right to complain to the privacy or data-protection authority where you live. Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom may have additional rights under their respective data-protection laws. California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, correction, deletion, and information about disclosures, subject to applicable exceptions. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Submit a request using Section 19. We may need to verify the request and may deny or limit it where permitted by law, including when we cannot reasonably connect the information to the requester. An authorized agent may submit a request where local law permits, subject to proof of authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
15. International Processing
Online providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we rely on contractual protections, adequacy decisions, consent, or another lawful transfer mechanism and take reasonable steps to require appropriate protection.
16. Security
We use reasonable and appropriate organizational and technical measures designed to protect information, including private app storage and encrypted network connections for online requests. Access to production services is restricted, and service providers are selected with security and privacy considerations in mind. No device, transmission, storage system, or security control is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your device, screen lock, operating-system account, and backups.
17. Adults Only
Sisne is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly offer Sisne to children or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Do not submit images of children for AI analysis. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information through Sisne, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
18. Your Responsibilities When Submitting Content
Only submit content that you have the right and permission to use. Do not submit an image of another person without their informed permission or any unlawful, exploitative, intimate, or rights-infringing content. Avoid photographs containing identification documents, financial information, medical information, precise location information, private communications, children, or sensitive background details. You remain responsible for content sent to destinations you select through your device's sharing interface.
